As a startup we often need to recruit talented designers and front-end developers. For our next recruitment drive we thought we would make it a little more interesting by gamifying it

fb.com/uxchallenge through which we will be running a number of UX based competitions with real prize money for the winners, as well as future recruitment opportunities.
Our goal is to create a pool of talent and an active community from which we and other startups can find the right people.
