cgminer.exe --scrypt --worksize 256 --shaders 1024 --lookup-gap 2 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 8192 --intensity 13 -o stratum+tcp:// -u XXX -p XXX --scan-time 1 --queue 4 --no-submit-stale

Works nicely for my 7850
