I really wanted to post this in the appropriate thread with the rest of the TIX questions, but I can't since i am new.
I have a 280X that I get excellent hash rates with for mining most other coins with GUIMiner. I am having a hard time getting a good hash rate for TIX with the TIX miner/ycbminer.
I have never used this miner before and find it a bit confusing. It is saying that I am getting about 76Kh/s, but my pool says I am only getting 2Kh/s. I have read that with this type of coin, you should expect lower hash rates, but is this normal for my type of card? It doesn't seem right.
I have tried a lot of variations of these settings...
tixminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://wk3.botpool.net:4833 -u XX -p XX --Nfmin 4 --Nfmax 30 --StartT 1379622160
I have tried -I from 10 to 13. Anything under 12 and it reduces to 29Kh/s
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am about to give up on these TIX.
