Angola is a country in a non convertible currency zone. It is not as easy as if you live in a convertible currency zone to put your money out of the country. I think the best bet is to find a foreigner, a Portuguese for example that have access to a Portuguese bank account. It is not hard to find a Portuguese in Angola these days. |

The goal is to take money out of angola  thats why im asking, i have a friend (portuguese) that receive her salary in angola, and he canot send money to Portugal |

I have one idea but very expensive some one go to Angola and meet you take money from you and give you bitcoin if you like I think the only way is to find btc fans in angola, that sell to my friend btc, making internal bank money transfer, and after that my friend will send to portugal the btc. But now im in portugal and it seems very difficult for me to find people in angola who sell btc |

you could buy bitcoin with debit cards, or find a local ecurrency exchanger buy and covert to bitcoin. |

You might want to try the portuguese subsection.
Or try to find some foreigner that would like to do it for you(might not be an easy task)
When you are cut off from international transfers surely BTC will be useful

have you tried to look for a local exchanger in angola whom u can send local bank transfer to and receive digital currency like PM OKPAY.
this is usually the best solution in such situations

Soo op had you found a solution to your problem, as people said you can try to deal with some portuguese which does have bitcoins, its wizzard to have a person with interest into bitcoin not able to buy and sell bitcoins like localbitcoins transactions, but i do believe its just a question of time till someone setup those new market.

well, why dont you try to find somebody who have bitcoin in your country. I think they might want to sell it. Or just buy some Paypal and go straight to currency exchange zone in bitcointalk, there are always people who willing to sell bitcoin for paypal. |
