Don't you think you are not looking for ICO advisor but a slave? 

It looks like you want the advisor to do it all. Some team just  hire a bounty campaign manager which will also hire the participants to build community including those article writers and social media marketing. The web marketing I think can be done by SEO.

We have 3 advisers already and they are really excited.  We aren't against paying for work we have 4 full time developers dedicated for the project we just can't afford any more.  Not everyone has the chance to get into an ICO on the ground floor.  Once we launch we won't need any help.  So I think it's a good opportunity for someone to get involved if they are willing to spend the time and hopefully get $10,000 out of it.
