Hi, as told in topic i am thinking to found a company about cryptocoin investment in stuttgart or near any place at Baden-Württemberg.
Right now i wonder what type of government policies i am going to be interested.
I have my customers right now and they are not in Germany and future customers probably will not be from Germany. And business is working, i just want company address in Germany for a trust issues.I am managing their accounts, gaining profit for them and taking commission from them. Will be a one man company.
İ am in contact with business plan consultants, Although they know classic financial regulations they are not very familiar with cryptocoin.
So, i wonder,
- How this type of companies are reviewed, checked by authorities
- For example do they check tx ids belong to customers
- What type of documents they may demand from blockchain sources.
- Do they just accept my declaration about finance without bank sources.
- Are there any regulations for companies related with cryptocoins.

i could help you with this, actually, current german crypto consultancy isnt good, if you do make a honest information business and don't support ponzis or at least indicate them you could do a good job.
