so is this coin dead or do the DEV only reply on weekends? (*or are they only responding on some other site ??)

it looks like they have an "official" thread on the forums and they have all but abandoned this thread now. Probably need to head over there if you have something to say that you want them to actually see lol

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=425754.20 is the URL from their official site's "community" link, so they have not set up their own forums still.

also though I do notice they did not mention the amount of premine they did on the coin over there, is that normal? or do most coins continue to let you know what their premine was before and after they make an official thread and their announcement thread?

the coin was a scam from the beginning, we were promised no premines or Insta mine well they insta mined 9,000,000 coin in the first 15 mins with what I figure was our hashing power int he pool as everyone logged in to mine, while we were being told there was a DDOS attack on the ONLY  active pool avail .... this guy is on my shit list for life, screw over Tesla's name... upset a ton of people, that's why you have 10 pages of abuse ......

So, whats the verdict on this coin?  Good name but crap?  I am finding a block once every 5-10 minutes but will be a waste of electricity if not worth anything.

Tesla was just added to coinedup. Seems like an odd choice considering the coin wasn't terribly popular and was pretty dead after a few days, but hopefully this will generate some more interest in it. Difficulty is about to go through the roof.

If you guys are actually trying to get into an ALT as early adopters and potentially make dozens of btc$ invest in ASR (Astrocoin).

Check out their Bitcointalk release here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=425367.0

If you are skeptical or cynical of this coin please check out this post: http://www.reddit.com/r/altcoin/comments/1w0kst/asr_coin_just_launched_140k_max_limit_powerful/

And if you want to know why this coin can possibly be the next most viral alt check out these two detailed and intelligent predictions:

http://www.reddit.com/r/astrocoin/comments/1w6hrv/near_future_of_asr_analysis_of_why_its_going_to/

http://www.reddit.com/r/astrocoin/comments/1w9add/asr_coin_analysis_1272014_current_marketcap_it/

All of you must have a risk taking ability if you are actually spending time on becoming early adopters of this crap coin. ASR actually has an incredibly strong community for its age (less than 5 days) and has been adopted by 2 exchanges/1 gambling site. In the next week it will face rapid advancements and in the next month may possibly offer 500%+ exits.

Minebig and Validerror pools are reporting *very* different network hashrates. Is there a fork?
