Ok so I didn't know that
www.predictcoin.info was a phishing site. I opened it and of course I got phished. I tried to login and turns out i was banned. Upon checking the chat history it turns out that the trojan was promoting the site. The users warned me but since it wasn't me so it didn't stop.
Now, the question is how serious it could be, this will be my first time submitting a ticket but I heard they don't respond to them. I also talked to btc-e.support (from Thailand) over skype, he asked for my email password lol don't know why that is. I gave it to him, he singed in bcz I got the notification email, and then i changed the password right after
, He asked for it again and said wait for 30 mins lol. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK??
