It is very difficult to find out a legit bounty. Yet below are few points on which bounty should not apply or need to check:
1. Do not apply if they have no website
2. Do not apply if they have no ann thread
3. Do not apply if they do not mention maximum supply
4. Do not apply if they have no form
5. Do not apply if same thing posted multiple time
6. Do not apply if they have mis-match twitter/facebook/telegram or any other account which is not mentioned on their website. Note: Maximum airdrop is for increasing followers/friends/join/like etc. So never skip this point.
7. Do not apply if they do not mention bounty allocation percentage or bounty amount on bounty page.
8. Do not apply if they ask private key.
9. Do not apply if they quote post from another post or person.

On others you can apply. Note: yet they might be scam, above information is to decrease scam rate of bounty/airdrop.

I think the point 4 is in appropriate because some managers will pick only selected participants with good quality posts in that case form is not needed.
But even you can have more points like do not apply if you found mismatch details of the project team and flaws in their website like that.

If it happens then they might be reputed manager. Like who achieved full member or above. They will not do spam knowingly. As they know how value on their membership. Maximum spam posters are brand new, newbie. Also there are many jr. member who try to spam.
