I am constantly staggered by people offering "professional" services, yet not give out a link to their company, portfolio, resume,  or anything else to establish their credentials.

Sticking with the anonymous nature of the exchange only shoots everyone in the foot in the long run when we are offering legal and professional products. The clients can be as anonymous as they care to.
