Problems with Kraken.com

I exchanged 0,25 Bitcoin for 125 Euro about 17 days ago. All went ok and then on the same day I withdrew the money to my European bank account.
I still did not receive the money and didn't get any response on the two support e-mails I send out.

I am starting to get worried.

International deposits take quite a while thought? In my country normal bank deposit from same country takes 27-48 hours circa.

beware from kraken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! low volume you will be trapped

Kraken.com states on their website that a withdrawal takes about 4 to 5 business days. It's been a lot more than that!
