3 days ago I tried to withdraw my btc balance to another account. It removed the bitcoin from my btc-e account but never sent it to my other address. In the transactions history it states it sent it however copying and pasting the exact address it states it sent it to shows NOTHING on blockchain.info. So clearly the bitcoin was never sent. I submitted a support ticket with no response sent PM to btc-e on this forum and also received no response. I then submitted a ticket in russian like some users have on this site and they merged that ticket with my english ticket. Clearly someone is viewing my ticket but feels like not replying or helping me out.  The priority is also now in red but not sure what that means. Any suggestions from fellow forum members on how to resolve this problem. I had a fair amount of bitcoin in my account.

update: Support solved this issue 1/24/14

unfortunately i tried to withdraw all my btc so it hurt. The support for me never answers but merges tickets or closed them on me. If you get any news please let me know I have tried everything from support tickets, twitter, email, etc. For a top trading company they are terrible. This has gone on 7+ days for me. Hopefully we can make other users aware to avoid this from happening to them

That is troubling.  I have only withdrawn BTC 3 times and each time it went fine, but assuming I ever want my BTC back that I have on there for trade I will eventually need to move it off.  Total lack of support seems to actually be the norm for BTC exchanges.

The same problem with my withdrawal of BTC. Made 5 days ago and no sign of my btc on blockchain. Support is no answering on my ticket. Is there any other way to contact them? Maybe someone is a user of bitcointalk.org?

btc-e.com is the official user on bitcointalk but do not bother I tried multiples times in PM and in his official russian and english posts he only selectively responds. If anyone has any ideas I am all ears I want my money back too.

Hi, having the same issue. Put in a withdraw request early this morning, got the confirmation from BTC-E that it was done and the funds are no longer available on my account. Checked my wallet, nothing there and then checked the block chain and no transfer shown. Put in a 2nd withdraw a few hours later to a different address and with in moments it had completed.

Still waiting on the first transaction to happen, kinda new to crypto and it's got me a bit concerned.

Put in support ticket about an hour after the 2nd transaction, still no response from BTC-E support (ticket looks untouched).
