I made an eth deposit some time ago. Multiple people seem to be having this issue as well. Everyone is being told to "wait for an admin" or that it's being worked on, however I noticed posts about this same issue detailing a problem thats been ongoing for weeks now. Deposit at your own risk as apparently a few have been waiting for days.

I guess may-be deposits from the contract address need to process manually. (it is a little bit difficult to detect deposits from the contract-address for ETH)

Our node couldn't connect for a period and is 1000 blocks behind and as we get synced up they are coming through, I'll see if I can get this credited quicker for you. The previous posts were related to a separate issue where users were depositing from exchanges/smart contracts and our ethereum wallet was not recognizing them.

edit: Check now, everyone should have just received as it just synced up shortly after this post.

believe all deposits that are stuck will be resolved soon. you should be patient because of manual workmanship, and it takes a long time can even reach 2x24
