The standard documentation an investor will need for KYC and AML (Anti Money Laundry) are passports and a photo of himself/herself.

whether in addition to a passport can be used, for example id of residence or a license to drive a vehicle,

Devolve Developer does not offer fractionalized ownership that is common in this blockchain real estate investment space.  DVX token holders do not wholly own or have fractionalized ownership of the large scale real estate development projects.  Ownership comes with high risk for token holders.  

Instead, token holders have the opportunity to allocate their tokens to any of the available large scale development projects and they will be awarded additional tokens from the return on investments (ROI).  

For example, if you owned Bitcoin or Ethereum, you could hold them in your wallet and wait for the value to appreciate over time.  With the DVX token, you can do the same, however you have the additional option of creating value, by parking your tokens in any of their large scale development projects and earn token rewards without additional cost or risk of losing your parked tokens. This is similar to putting money in the bank and earning interest instead of leaving money in your wallet and not earning anything.

Participation in real estate development projects is optional.  As a token holder, you do not have to allocate your tokens to development projects, but why not earn additional tokens by parking your tokens and take advantage of the opportunity of obtaining your share of the millions of dollars generated from real estate development projects.  

Devolve Developer’s competitive advantage over all of the other real estate businesses on the blockchain is the mitigation of risk.  By not offering fractionalized ownership of development projects, there is no inherit risk for token holders. If there really is another round, it will buy time and add time to achieve what they don't want. It can continue to occur if it doesn't reach the limit or reach the hardcap.

If there really is another round, it will buy time and add time to achieve what they don't want. It can continue to occur if it doesn't reach the limit or reach the hardcap.
I think they want to realize these projects successfully. Until they have done many rounds. But whether they have the support of famous Bollywood artists and partners, they are very supportive. I see on the web ...?

Seems that the only thing this project can produce is new sales and bounty rounds. I have participated in bounty year ago and now I see that it is still on. Project is having a whitelist registrations, that will be held for more 100+ days.

According to roadmap, nothing interesting will happen till 2020.

The characteristics of this project seems to be that of a security token. Can you confirm how you will be handling this as the exchange opportunities for a security token is very limited. You also automatically excludes the USA from your holder base.

Still, we don't have complete details about the project because there is nobody here addressing our questions. Yes, a security token is very limited in the market, but far these people will be able to generate income for the investors. Even we don't know whether they are conducting any IEO for this project?

I also not understand about bounty round and ico, we only marketing this project without certainty until when. I think ICO will be only for a half year(longest time) when I decide to join in this project, because when many people ask to the team about "when ico end?" since 2018 till now, the team always said "till ico end" really the answer is not changed, so you know what I mean?? That's mean maybe ICO and bounty will be end tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, or maybe till 2022, it's not a joke but this is really possible because we are here for over one years, personally this is first time to me follow the project like this. So, do the decission from now, continue or stop.

From this experience, in the future when we will join with project should ask the exact date, hehe.
