Devolve Developer does not offer fractionalized ownership that is common in this blockchain real estate investment space.  DVX token holders do not wholly own or have fractionalized ownership of the large scale real estate development projects.  Ownership comes with high risk for token holders.  

Instead, token holders have the opportunity to allocate their tokens to any of the available large scale development projects and they will be awarded additional tokens from the return on investments (ROI).  

For example, if you owned Bitcoin or Ethereum, you could hold them in your wallet and wait for the value to appreciate over time.  With the DVX token, you can do the same, however you have the additional option of creating value, by parking your tokens in any of their large scale development projects and earn token rewards without additional cost or risk of losing your parked tokens.
