The point of crypto is to not be recognized... For the users of crypto, yes. Not necessarily for the inventors. Who may even be the same person in some cases, we'll never know (if the crypto is good)

We're all people, not machines. Awards increase our self-confidence, as well as showcases the biggest achievements. And surrenders our anonymity. You act as though all Bitcoin traders, investors, and enthusiasts are meak little neckbeards. I for one don't need to increase my self-confidence with some self-serving taint-licking award. This whole thread is asinine.

People will express opinions and quite possibly shit on yours in the process. I am giving you my honesty - what more do you want from me?

Ah, well. I guess you just don't understand the basic concepts and principals that draw most people into cryptocurrency. Go on and have your gay awards show - it can't be worse than the ESPY's.

This whole thread is asinine. I wasn't referring to a physical ceremony, more like nomination, voting, posting the results. You only need to provide your username. Besides some praise for a good work reminds people that good work is appreciated. The point of crypto is to not be recognized...
We're all people, not machines. Awards increase our self-confidence, as well as showcases the biggest achievements. If you can't believe it or not, most people outside the USA don't want honors and stuff like that. Only USA and sadly my generation that require every time they do something amazing by themselves need an award. That is why our country right now has hardly any achievements from the younger crowd. I don't live in the US so I don't know. I'm not incisting to do massive award ceremonies, just using a method shown above your quote in my post.
