Sino Sigma are based in china, I buy directly from them and never had any problems.
I don't beleive they have a european office. you have been scammed.
and for heaven's sake, don't give these people your bank details.
And what about tracking on courier website (Not on sinogigma website) ? In my case and also in other there really is a lack of 2 days. And what about bank details? They could only make us a payment not take money from us. What do you mean with your phrase? What is going on here? Did you inform any authorities in whatever country you are in that someone took your money for something and then sent you bottled water instead of the something you paid for? That's illegal in most countries. If you are going to give out your bank account and routing number why not just post it so all the other scammers can enjoy? Why would you give that information to someone who already took money from you? I bought a 100 gh/s blade system from this guys in november, didn't have any problems, but the shipment was really slow, now i bought from technobit.eu and no money and no asic. Also aware of uk police because if they know the package is bitcoin miners they will investigate if your profits are in vat...

i have an update they fully refund me !!! (my box was lost in transit), i asked for other clients situation they said in the cases the package is lost the courier insurance is 100% responsable so they will refund, in cases that package got damaged or changed the courier can or not take responsability...
now i would like to buy a new box but they are out of stock, next time i will pay extra for dhl DPD is a shit

IT'S AN INSURANCE FRAUD? I wonder how could be an insurance fraud is package was send (and obviously courier known this) and package is lost and never arrives ? COULD be a fraud if arrives empty or containing something different from what you bought, in my opinion. |

These guys ( www.sinosigma.com) are fake too i think all SINOSIGMA related companies are fake, first thing is there isn't any company in china or wherever named sinosigma, there is "Sigma group limited": website www.sinosigma.com in register -> "Guang Zhou Sigma Autocontrol Technology LTD" NOT sinosigma They say to have offices in uk but when i asked if they can send to their offices the asics and i will pay and pickup there they refuse it, meanwhile i try to see their contacts in the website not even the phone number of uk offices... website www.sinosigma.net in register -> "Sigma Group Limited" not Sinosigma Their site goes directly to alibaba, and if you check the contacts on the domain it's a hotmail email address, and it seems the same person who replied to you, register the domain, also there aren't any .cn websites of sinosigma... Think they are all fakes, they are putting stickers on others hardware and selling it or scamming ppl. |

not me, i got 2 cubes from sino sigma direct from china. but then again i bought from them direct, and not thru that eu insurance scam site. |
