Cold storage and Blockchain.info?

Hi,
With an offline cold storage paper wallet can you check the balance on Blockchain.info and can you add that address to a Blcokchain Wallet, but still keep the Bitcoin offline?

So, could you use the Blockchain mobile App to keep an eye on the offline wallet balance?

Or would it mean transferring the offline paper wallet into a Blockchain Wallet for that to work? But with the risk of it being held online?

You can add watch only address to your blockchain.info wallet.

yes u cen make a private key offline and use your bitcoin address (public key )
to receive bitcoints

until u need to spend your bitcoins u do not need in any way private key
that meens if u not wona spend bitcoin u do not need to put your private key online

I think the OP is actually asking if there was a way to check the wallet without making it an online wallet.   Not receive coins.
