As part of HashFaster's growing network mining pools, we've come to a point where we have enough of a community and userbase to have the need to take support to a whole new level.
We've added a ticketing system that is accessible across all of our pools so our miners can open support requests and get FAST support in a very organized way.
Alot of pools (including us until now) rely on email (inbox) based support which leads to overhead, hard to manage, hard to track method of providing support - so we've changed that!
Our support members include long time miners that are not only knowledgeable in our pools, but also avid miners that know rigs inside out. This means you have many seasoned miners/pool folks at your fingertips if you have any issues that need immediate assitance!
