So according to your promotion would this satisfy your rollover?:

I deposit 1.25 BTC and get 2.50 BTC in my account with the bonus. Over the next 4 days I make 150 wagers at -110 odds for .05 BTC each (totaling 7.5 BTC wagered). Would this meet the requirement and allow me to cash out right away if I wanted to?

Yes 3X (initial deposit + bonus). You can cash out right after you met that requirement.
The trust scores you see are subjective; they will change depending on who you have in your trust list.

The funds must be in available balance to be able to be processed for withdrawal. You have pending wagers and your money is tied up.
If you have any further questions, post here or send us an email.

Thanks.

It turns out my account was compromised and someone other than me put approximately 40 btc into play.  None of the events started yet and staketbtc is investigating the matter.

This is extremely disconcerting but I'm confident stakebtc will sort this mess out.

I am waiting on an email from them and will report back once its been resolved.

I was on live chat with russell before but now the chat is down. I'm obviously very concerned about my funds and would like to be able to speak with someone until this is resolved.

Wow.  I saw this happened on btibook recently as well.  I jsut enabled 2 factor auth on my bitbook account.  This would be too crazy, nowadays this seems to be happening more and more.

Jason has decided to not cancel the wagers.  This is absolutely preposterous.  I am simply floored by this decision to take a shot at me because of a breach on THEIR end.

Here are the facts:

-Last night at 1253am est i made a withdrawal request for 15 btc
-this morning my request had yet to be fulfilled.
-since live chat was down i asked at 932am est what the status was in this thread.
- at 1014 am est a reply on here said my account was entirely pending.
- these bets were made at 1012 and 1015 est.
- the three bets were on cbb moneylines. I have never once bet cbb MLs and have never bet this much. All my bets range from 500 credits to 2500 credits. i give this book a lot of action and have never once bet more than that (500 credits = 1btc).
icket Nº. [12897184]
Risk   Win   Ticket Time   Description
10000.00   35500.00   2/20/2014 10:12:00 AM   0520 RUTGERS (vs MEMPHIS U $$) +355 on COLLEGE BK $$ - Straight
10000.00   20000.00   2/20/2014 10:12:00 AM   0523 WISC MILWAUKEE (vs YOUNGSTOWN STATE $$) +200 on COLLEGE BK $$ - Straight
5895.00   20927.25   2/20/2014 10:15:00 AM   0556 TEMPLE (vs CONNECTICUT $$) +355 on COLLEGE BK $$ - Straight

NONE OF THESE EVENTS HAVE STARTED YET AND THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO CANCEL THE WAGERS!

Someone intentionally went into my account and wagered every penny i had on CBB MLs which is not only inconsistent with my wagering behavior in both amount and type, but also defies all logic considering i had JUST MADE A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST 9 hours before that asking for 15 btc.

At the very moment the forum rep replied someone was making or had just made those bets.  I included the entire timeline above.

I am being told the bets were made from my IP address, but on chat they also acknowledged a 2nd IP accessed my account which i had no knowledge of. Clearly my account was compromised and stakebtc is refusing to acknowledge this.

Given all the evidence, plus the fact the wagers on these events havent even started yet I cannot believe they are doing this to me.

Wow.  Just wow.  I hope you have some proof.  If you do this will totally ruin Stakebtc.  If they said they had 2nd IP address logged in, and will still refuse to cancel your bets, that's just wrong (since they haven't started yet).

Wait also, how could those two bets at 10:12 AM be made at exactly the same time, unless it was someone from inside stakebtc doing it?

so now i have 40 btc pending on wagers i never made on events that start 6 hours from now and stakebtc isnt doing anything about it.  they can pull the IP log all they want but those wagers were never made by me and if a 3rd grader was shown my entire wagering history and asked which bets dont look like all the others, they'd be able to pick these out immediately.

on top of all this there is a timeline of a withdrawal request and follow-ups which is completely inconsistent with what they're saying.  moreover, someone very deliberately put every single penny in my account in play on max wagers which are 4x as large as the largest wager i ever made there on college bb moneylines which i have never, ever bet even once.

all they have to do is acknowledge a breach took place and cancel wagers on events which start SIX hours from now.  From the point i initially contacted them the events were 9.5 hours away.

They still have time to do the right thing and i'm waiting to hear back.  Since there's no phone support i'm stuck emailing them back and forth because chat is down again.

Here was Jason's response:

"We have concluded our investigation on your account. Your account was logged in from 2 different IP's throughout the last last week. However, the bets in question are the 3 bets that are currently pending right now. Those three bets were placed from xx.xxx.xx.xxx (I deleted this for privacy purposes), which you confirmed was your IP address. We cannot cancel bets once they are wagered. Once bets are placed, they are final and cannot get reversed. We have to protect ourselves as a book, and have to hold players responsible for their accounts. After those picks are graded and completed you can cash out your balance. We recommend you check accounts on other sites and make sure they are safe. Also, I would recommend you use a different computer to access your accounts because we clearly have records of those bets being placed by your IP, which was documented for all the other bets and when signing-up.

Jason"

Either this book is totally incompetent or they are lying to me and fabricating their logs.  Earlier on chat i was told a wager was made last sunday from an IP address which wasnt mine.  I confirmed I in fact made that wager but it wasnt made from the IP address they said it was.  I made that wager from the one IP address I have used since the inception of this account.

None of this adds up at all.

A second IP had accessed your account. However, the IP you confirmed that was yours was the IP that those 3 bets were placed from. Your account was accessed by another IP in the same state as yours, which was told to you. All the bets placed on the account were by 1 IP which was yours. If those three bets were placed by that different IP we would refund the wagers since it hasn't started. All the bets placed in the account are consistent with that one IP you confirmed that is yours.

Is the IP a personal IP, or is at work or something?  That's the only other question I would have.

This is false.  I was told by russell that this wager was made by the other IP
Status   Amount   Description   Date
Lose   -555   Total Ovr 71 (-111) 0861 NEBRASKA 2H/0862 MICHIGAN STATE 2H on COLLEGE BK 2H [28;26]   2/16/2014

I made that wager from the only IP i have ever used.

Isnt it a crazy coincidence that 45 min after posting on here these 3 bets for my ENTIRE balance were made?

None of this adds up and you know it.

I deposited 5 btc and won about 35 and you're refusing to pay me now.

The three bets in question were placed by the same IP that placed all the other bets. We provided you with all the information of the IP log and it shows.

Your personal IP was confirmed (by you + consistent with other bets) and that is the same IP that placed the 3 bets you are alleging you didn't place.

You cant have it both ways.

You cant use the IP logs as proof when the IP log is wrong from last sunday.
