Most wallets still seem to be on the higher chain (as far as i know like they are supposed to be) but, after the shorter chain was stuck for some days, both chains are now moving again. Blockexplorer 1 seems to be crashed, blockexplorer 2 was on the higher chain but switched to the lower. Some masternodes seem to be on the shorter, some on the higher chain and no word from the Devs. Does not look good.
