This is one of my favorite sites - it's the only one in my signature and I gift back 50% of referral commissions each week. These guys pay once you hit the minimum threshold for payment in the bTC network; 0.00005460 which is pretty damn low. You can hit that rolling 20 times, if you get the minimum each time and do not hi/lo gamble at all.

Yes, I had accumulated 0.00006289 but today couldn't resist the urge to play the provably fair Hi-LO game and lost all within 3 mins.

Its good place to start with but try to resist the temptation to gamble until yu have withdrawn at least once.
