We have shuffling transaction inhertied from NXT. Transaction cost for now (also inherited from NXT) cost 1 MTR.

In that tx, do you need to specify the recipient before secret is presented, or after?

As I understand, it's just early pre-sale phase. It's mostly for miners, who are quite technically savvy.
When trading starts on Metro platform itself, it'll be much easier. However, the UI will be similar, at least for the first time. Only transactions much faster and cheaper.

Now we are in contact with two exchanges, and we hope that at least one of them will add our coin in a couple of weeks. Listing takes more time than we think it takes.
When users start to post trading messages in our discord channel we decide that we can help them in two ways. Become guarantee and give them such not very convinirnt exchange as NXT.
When any exchange will list our coin trading on NXT become unnecessary, but before that it's better than nothing.
