降低进口关税直接带来进口车价格下调，其销量规模会增加，进口服务商会受益。其次，进口车价格下降，对于经济型车压力不大，但会对20万元以上国产车型价格带来冲击。据中信证券预计，下调关税至15%，消费者最终支付的价格将降低8%～15%，进口车消费量从目前100万辆～120万辆的规模，向150万辆～200万辆的规模迈进。
