If a users MEW Private Key is comprimised and the thief keeps coming back to withdraw your tokens, is there a way to prevent future lost of unpaid tokens in that particular wallet.

Not really.
You need first of all to move everything out of that wallet, and then secondly set up a new wallet and notify anyone of a change of address for any tokens you are expecting in future (e.g. bounty campaigns).
