What is the difference between these cards?

Hello, I believe this is my first post and since I can't post else where I thought I would just post it here.

The first card is;

I believe this is giving around 750 KH/s per card.

But the second card is this: http://shop.amd.com/us/All/Detail/GraphicCard/11221-00-25G

As you can see the only thing that changed was the 20-25.

What is the difference and which one is the best to buy?
