It probably reflects my relative cluelessness about computer hardware, but what surprises me about these caseless rigs is that they don't get damaged by dust and other insults.

it's not dust i'm worried about it's critters, pets, water from basement pipes as well as the needy brother/friends who are over. Also it's portable.

i recommend the 400r. decent in terms of cooling and spacious.

thank you, I couldn't find that feature no more.. where u can specify expansion slots. I knew newegg had it awhile back. That and newbies posting full towers with 7 expansion slots really bores me.

Click the Advanced tab on the left, and the very last drop down menu is for expansion slots.
