As of this morning, this paper wallet design is available for free at https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com -- though downloading the GitHub ZIP ZIP and running the generator on your own computer is safer especially for securing significant quantities of bitcoin.

If you want perfectly sized envelopes try to find ones approximately 15cm x 8cm (6" x 3").
