I deposited 30k Dodge into my Cryptsy account on the 3rd of Jan but it didn't show up, so I of course raised a ticket with their support but so far I have had no resolution and it's been over 10 days since they handed the ticket over to "tier 2 support" with no communication since.

Can anyone suggest any way to speed the process up or how to ask someone at Cryptsy to look at the ticket?

It's been two days I am waiting for my DBL deposit.. Not even in pending amounts, no support, it's not the first time... It would be better if they take care of their users rather than adding crapcoins !

nope. you would just add another ticket they don´t care about.
I don´t get any respawn to my tickets too.
It seems they really don´t care.

I've 'eventually' had all of my coins end up in my Cryptsy wallet, but it's really frustrating with how often it happens, and how wide their problem portfolio truly is.

today i wanted to sell my 42 Coins when the price was falling.
When i saw my sell order didn´t worked out i tried to cancel it.

Couldn´t ! -> message appeared: "order current proceeding"

Had to waite 6hours to get my coins back out. During this period the price was falling and falling and i lost more and more money.
Of course they don´t react on any tickets. Like: Why should we care when everybody still putting their money in our asses?
