i want advice is GPU mining going to die when Scrypt ASIC Out as it die in BTC ?

It will gradually die for scrypt coins.  GPUs will still be used for other algorithms, expect a bunch to come out once scrypt difficulties skyrocket.  Existing non-scrypt GPU coins are MMS, PTS.

Yes, just like Bitcoin. But you can always change to other coins which everyone would do too so expect profit to be close to nothing...
