Creating a coin with your own desired name on it is not expensive and anyone can afford it . As you can see there are lots of people offering their coin creation service and most of them can also be found on the marketplace services section.

it is not governments that creating their own coin to be their competitor but rather any single person can create their own coin .governments are not also related to cryptos because cryptos are not run by them.

China has a lot of ways of paying online or digitally. They have alipay and wechat pay so I doubt it that they will create their own coin that's named after their country.
If ever they'll make their own then I think they will be also the first country coin that will have their fork, they are famous for duplicating and replicating things.

Cryptocurrency is made for all the people worldwide. Cryptocurrency is a global digital currency that works in a peer to peer network. Therefore, it is impossible to have 1 cryptocurrency per country because it seems like the fiat currency, the difference is just, crypto is digital.
I believe that every country will make a way to have their own cryptocurrency in which all the people can use, hold and sell.

The cryptos is based on demand and supply... The more the demand, the more will be price of coin... The more the number of people in a country (population), the more will be the demand.. Hence, India and China will be at the forefront in terms of % profit / growth of coin - price wise

Each country having a centralized crypto with a full control over it's supply and circulation would kill the whole principle of blockchain and make such coins highly uncompetitive compared to decentralized coins. If governments don't have control over their currencies, then what is the reason to make a national crypto?

I think that the creation of national centralized crypto currency will not be superfluous. We need more experience with various types of crypto currency, they have to interact with each other, only in this way it will be possible to determine the best forms of mutual settlements in the crypto currency. i think if each country have their own cryptocurrency, maybe bubble will come true.it's community would not be solid community.they have to choose one of crytpocurrency between thousands of them.and decentralize system will disappear.

Every country has there own currency but about crypto currency not all country because some are not legalize and accepting it. They are still using the current currency they have and to contribute in their economy.

It will be good if every country has its own cryptocurrencies because that is a good way to make cryptocurrencies and bitcoin more popular, but what will be the use of it if every country has its own cryptocurrencies. I think it will the same as the real money, so they don't need to make their own crypto.

They will be the same as the Value of the fiat is what I think because off the richer ones have higher people who will invest.
It will be same as fiat no difference the only thing would be it being digital thus I do have no hopes with something of that sort since it can only digitilize the present fiat system.
As long as it's decentralized it will be backed by the government the stronger the government is the better the currency will be.

First of all it wont be expensive in the first glance. It will be very cheap as it would be a government initiative where they will allow the people to buy it at very low cost. They will attract many people around the country and thus slowly the demand will keep rising. One time will come when that will be really expensive to earn.

However government should provide some facilities against these coins, otherwise no one will use it. Government project can also fail!

- They should allow the use of it to get public transport tickets
- Pay all the bills sticking to home
- Insurance can be covered with it
- Education system should be improved via it

And much more to count on. Government does have many facilities like this then the national crypto coin will get the special attention.

if this happen i think it would be regulated and the price will be the same as fiat. it will be more stable compared to others altcoins and not an ideal for investment. we know that crypto is fast in transaction so country with own crypto will be convenient.
