I experienced the same mate last January when the market has its bull run. I'm up with almost 1000% but I hold my coins and token and did not sell some. I was affected by so many emotions that it will go higher that I forgot it has a cycle to respect. We learn from this experiences and it's a great one.

Just wait for the increase. Remember that cryptos are volatile, it may increase soon. But as you said, be wise in trading or controlling your coins. If you really think that this is the best time to sell, you should have sel them. Anyways, dont worry because your coins may go pump again.

My portfolio is down even more than %50, possibly around %65 from all time high levels. It happened because I was invested heavily into erc20 tokens so bear markets pulled the prices way down. Just be patient.

It doesnt matter bro! First thing is, you should have never waited until the crypto currencies dropped to their bottom level! You could have sold them at high rates when you saw that they are dropping. The next step would have been to buy more currency (same or different) with whatever money you have gotten with that sale. This will probably give you more profits in the long run. If you still have not sold any partial amount then you can always perform this action. Thats the useful tip you should have known already so that you could have earned some profits rather than loss.

It is getting better.
You may just have been too impatient to wait. I am seeing a lot of greens by now. Legitimate ones.
I dont know if this is just a pull from the increase of bitcoin and ethereum buy it is all okay for me. As long as the money is still stable and the value of the altcoin stays on the line. Lucky for traders. It just goes back and forth.
