hello there I hope someone can help me.

I'm new at this, so I had read that the R9 270 can't run in crossover 4x
so my questions is, can still be 4 on one motherboard to mine?
so that cgminer use the 4 gpus?

and which psu do you recommend? how much w? for 4 gpu R9 270?
