This is a public letter of apology to Coinabul;
I may have reacted in a manner not consistent with professional standards. I rushed into accusing Coinabul of fraud, while they were simply abiding by the law. As I stated earlier, my initial refusal to provide the AML documents resulted in delaying my order and Coinabul ceasing communication. It was out of concern for my privacy, but it turns out they were in the right to request those documents.
After many months of talks and negotiations, we are finally at stage where things are running smooth. I've high hopes in Coinabul processing my order. This is not my first order with them, but it is my first time handling a situation without giving enough thought.
I hope Coinabul accepts my sincere apology.
I will keep everyone updated on the order status.
