I tried to withdraw only 6 VTC, yet it just said "don't flood" and removed the coins, not withdrawn just gone. How is this flooding?! Where are my coins?!?!!

This only happens when your browser sends multiple withdraw requests at the same time. It may even be caused by a bad mouse. Its an issue on your side and the coins are not gone, you just have to click the confirmation link in the e-mail to get them. |

I pm'd you about this 24 hours ago - No reply I have put 6, Yes 6 messages repeating this problem I have in this support thread, You havn't directly replied to me at all, Not once  Any chance of sorting this out please? You destoryed your coins by your own mistake.
No other exchange would ever take the time to find your private key, so relax. Its not that simple.
We will send it to you and the other person in 1 hour or less, if all goes as expected. Its not guaranteed.
Due to security considerations, not everyone has direct SSH access to the server to do this...
We will do our best, just have patience - 1 hour. This is not a chatroom where you have to repeat your issue 10 times.

We have discovered a setback for you guys:
We cannot reveal you those private keys, because they would give you total control over both the addresses.
Because the addresses are permamently connected to your wallet and there is no RPC method to delete them,
you would be able to scam us by withdrawing any coins you send to our real working wallet by importing the address to another client.
We cannot allow that to happen, even theoretically. In other words: you're out of luck, sorry.
If anyone points us to a way how we can safely remove an address from a wallet.dat, let us know. But dont expect quick answers.
