You should be thankful for having this exchange.
We cannot manually process any missing KARM deposits at this point as the whole team is basically sleeping.
Only deposists that were sent from MintPal are affected.
Spread this information: Do not make MintPal -> CoinMarket.io deposits!
They are making nonstandard transactions to save from network fees or idk why. Its idiotic, actually.
This caught me a bit off guard. We shouldn't be thankful for you. You should be thankful for us since we are the customers and we pay your fees. There were many exchanges before CM and there will be many more after CM. I'll chalk your comment up to frustration on your part after dealing with emergency fixes and lack of sleep. I like your exchange very much and will continue using it however please treat us, your customers, with a bit more respect. I bet hes the only exchange that do the most convo in a thread, hes very hands on props to that. Those big exchanges you need to wait 24-48hours just to get a reply from customer support. We just cant see the emotion of Bigvern while dealing with technical difficulties and angry mob. |

Initial thought: NERD FIGHT!
Realistic suggestion: You guys are both great new exchanges. I would imagine it in your best interest to work peaceably and in some form of symbiosis as opposed to bickering and alienating customers.
Emotions happen. No one is above that. But I see no positive results arising from further conflict here.

It's an equal exchange with them providing a service and us using it. Without them we wouldn't have this exchange and I see they're doing the best to provide great customer service. But with anything, without them this site wouldn't exist and it has only been a good thing for most of us as it's quite ahead of most exchanges. However I see they're trying their best to make things work out for everyone, however not everyone will always be happy. But that's the benefit of having a free market where there are always other options. |
