i use coinswalletbot in telegram for wallet worket always good
yesterday i did 0.014Bitcoins deposito into it
its been confirmed 24h ago
but not  in wallet
there its says 0/2

If its confirmed on the network, then it isn't anything that you can do. It's possible that their wallet is out of sync and therefore isn't receiving any blocks. The only thing you can do is to contact whoever is managing that wallet.

What kind of 'telegram bot wallet' were you using? BitGram bot (https://telegram.me/telebitgram_bot) ?

You only have access to bitcoins if you do own the correct private keys.
You should install a mobile wallet which gives (only) you full control over your funds. There are plenty available.
There is nothing to gain with the usage of such a 'wallet bot'.

Your transaction has definetely confirmed.
Can you somehow export your private keys from this bot?

If yes, simply export them and import them into any other wallet.

If not, you have to somehow contact the support/developer. If you don't own the private keys, you don't own the bitcoins.

i no see any support inthere  so i guess there lost
the wallet wass working good etc

You should receive it right now and it must reflect in your coinswalletbot.

Try to restart your phone and check your coinswallet again.

Did tried to seek out too into its developer but same as your i do failed out.Its clear that the transaction is already confirmed but it shows the receiving wallet havent been updated or sync which bitcoin didnt able to reach out to the proposed location. I dont know why there are people do make use of other non popular wallet instead on going the reputable or tested already by the public.

Do not delete wallet, it is obvious that there is problem with wallet sync and it may be fixed anytime. Just keep that wallet for some time and maybe there is chance to recover your BTC. You should never use wallets that not give you access to your private keys/seed, and comment in that youtube video say bot is not working a month ago.
