We have a bank and current owner agreement in place for one year leasing period and option to buy at the end of this period. The current value of the factory is 17,6 million euros (estimated by 2 independent real estate broker) and we place it in one of our ICO phases at 5 million euros value. That gives a safety margin of 12,6 million euros for our coin holders. Also this factory has a solar park of 0,5 MW and an agreement with the Greek government for the next 20 years which will bring more than 250,000 euros per year and a total of 5 million euros. In other words the solar park alone will repay our investment! Will the manufacturer give a warranty and its product? If so, for how long?

Different products has different warranty, it is neccessary to see specifications. But usually it 3 years.

3 years is a good warranty period for products that will be regularly used by buyers. Sale of goods will be carried out without intermediaries?
