But there are actually new coins coming out nearly on a daily basis so the list is becoming bigger and bigger.

It looks like in near future every human will have his own coin. 

Whenever I check bitcointalk there is new coin released. Very hard to keep up and even harder to decide which one to get/mine.

Woo, so many, unbelievable
I'm interested about whether there comes some innovation with these alt coins.
Whatever I can tell most are only BTC derivatives with minor parameters changing
Is anyone with some deeper insight about this topic?
