win7 64 bit- amd sempron145-2 gbp ddr3 1333mhz ram-80 gb ssd disk- 2x7950 hd gpu(one is on mainboard,  another one molex riser 1x-16x)

Try running a single card and see if it hashes.  If it does that looks like a not enough system memory error to me.....

i format pc and install ati driver.

if cg miner setting low parameter mining no problem 300 khash -400 khash

but if i setting hight hashing parameter gpu disabled problem. (tc 24000)
