Jan 15th 2018 instigated withdrawal from coss.io for BPL

and has been stuck ever since.

I've tried telegram

I've tried their so-called freshdesk support

All to no avail.

Not holding my breath on recovering said coins, but an FYI to the rest of you to use extreme caution when doing business with coss.
This post sums up why all this bullshit is a scam

You mean Jan 12, right? It seems that the withdrawal on the 15th went through. Have you tried sending an email to support@coss.io aside from the freshdesk support? If not, try it as well. It's been a long time, so it should be resolved already.

Btw, there have been several cases of stuck withdrawals in the site last January, saw it on reddit, but I'm not sure if those people got their coins.

and yes, the first thing I did was email their support (as it was the only official option at the time)
