This might be odd to post online but a friend told me about his bedwetting problem, he's been bedwetting since he was a kid and hasn't stopped in adulthood. He's even ashamed to go see a doctor about it as he even things there's no medical solution to it. He's a few things like drinking less liquids at night, just to curtail the amount of fluid he goes to bed with, all to no avail.

So I've taken it upon myself to do some findings, hence this post. Is there some medical solution to it? What do you guys advise he does? Suggestions are welcome.

i think aside from drinking less water before going to bed he need also to pee and if that's not going to work try to make an alarm for the first 4 hours of sleep so that when he woke up he should go to comfort room for another pee.

It's probably just a general health problem.  Your friends to start eating a natural healthy diet.  Probably has inflammation with his bladder.
