how come Ive made lots more posts here and in other parts of this forum and PMs and been logged in almost 6 hours
and I have the 6 minute IP limit?

clearly its all gone to shit and you should re-register. unless the key part is that you still havnt waited the full 6 hours, id bet its that. sorry im just waiting and posting doing the same as you.... wish i could get out of here ha!

Timers are tied to Rank, so better activity is necessary.

Yes, I find the posting restrictions frustrating as well.  I'm not sure how they can better handle it.

There's nothing wrong here. The time limits go down the more activity you gain. Mine is only 28 seconds.
