WARNING: coins-e DOGE_BTC pair has ask/bid orders flipped

Hello,

Coins-E seems to have its bid/ask orders flipped for the DOGE_BTC market (the highest bid rate - lowest ask rate is positive!).

If you compare https://www.coins-e.com/exchange/LTC_BTC/ with https://www.coins-e.com/exchange/DOGE_BTC/ you'll see what I mean. I had a close look at the API and even the auto-complete orders automatically fill in the wrong rates.

Either that or I'm stupid and goofed. Can anybody confirm this?
