rpc:49883 iits wrong ,why ah ?can't open wallet :winxp 32bit system
What makes you say the RPC port is wrong? Unfortunately I still don't have my laptop but I can try to rebuild the dependencies and the client on the computer i am currently using
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Hi,

I have been mining for few hours now on http://etc.bondni.com and it seems that the pool is having some difficulties.
First of all,  my cgminer client shows that I have found at least a block (user tkminer) but the pool does not show it
(if it helps, I have a screenshot of cgminer showing that it found a block).
It is also strange that according to the blocks page stats, no blocks have been apparently found by the pool since 28/01.

Maybe something got stuck somewhere. !!!

If others have the same issue, then maybe somebody needs to look into this issue.

On the other hand I also mined on the etc.easy-mining.net pool and blocks kept coming as expected.

Regards,
tkg

My apologies, send me your address and I'll send you some ETC for your trouble. I will also contact the pool owner and place a note in the original post

Hi Eternal,

Thank you for the offer.
I will accept payment after the issue is fixed. Smiley
For now it should be more like a warning for others that this issue needs investigation and maybe until we have a confirmation that it was fixed using the bondni pool might not be the best idea.

This is a follow up of my previous post.

After I saw my blocks were not registering on the pool, I have used the block explorer to check the payment address for the latest reported blocks by the pool (6175 and 6176). The block explorer confirmed my suspicions that blocks being credited to the same address as the 6175 and 6176 blocks were still found but not reported by the pool. The whatever round the pool is stuck with (the current round on the pool stats shows to be at 16893.32% from the estimated shares).

Here is the link from the block explorer to verify that blocks were found (credited to the same address) after the latest reported by the pool:
http://cryptexplorer.com/address/EWYKrmJ7X52TsnrP3aXJ33fYLeZrLwincW

I have been mining as a single miner on that pool (this what the pool was listing 1 miner when I was mining) from at least when block 8702 was found until at least when block 8746 was found (but likely it might have been until block 8757) from the link posted above.

That is over 20 blocks that I basically solo mined for the pool and they seem not to have found their way to the pool stats.

All the best,
tkg

Hi,

I confirm that the missing payment for the blocks I mined on the bondni pool has now been fixed (at least for me) and the blocks have properly appeared in the pool stats.

As I received the coins for the blocks I mined, no additional payment is needed for me.

All the best,
tkg

I really like this coin. I advertised EternalCoin on one of the cryptocurrency website, so our net hashrate increased slightly. We need now working two pools at least and an official website to increase our net hashrate more.

The website is currently being made, I will make an effor to get it done asap. Both pools are now up and running. I appreciate your support, we are still looking for individuals to promote the coin so if you'd like  you can be compensated to do what you are doing.

Offering 50 ETC for people to place this in their signature for minimum 2 days (or for as long as you want), will pay up front:
Code:
[url=http://eternalcoin.info]Eternal Coin Thread[/url] - Difficulty low and already on an exchange. Start mining right now on [url=http://etc.easy-mining.net/]pool 1[/url] or [url=http://etc.bondni.com]pool 2[/url].

No, it should be out within 2 weeks. I am hoping to continue working on my laptop but if it isn't going be fixed in the next few days I will have to start from scratch on another PC.

I would be happy to promote ETC in any way I can, I have been solo mining for a while now, and would love to see this coin take off a bit and get the net hashrate up

The reason for this issue is you do not have IPV6, if you need assistance I can help you enable it via PM.
