Do you mean cryptorubble? Its not an official Russian coin.
AFAIK, Venezuela does have the only official crypto and that is Petro, backed up by oil.

From what I've heard at this moment: Russia, Estonia, Denmark, Cambodia, China, Iran, Canada, Liberland (sic!) and many others have expressed an interest in creating their own cryptocurrencies. Venezuela's Petro - it's no surprise that they released they own crypto so soon - they have nothing to lose as the with the highest inflation in the world. Their coin, however, is nothing more than the attempt of avoiding financial and international sanctions imposed on Venezuela by USA and EU.

For now, it seems like venezuela is the only country that has its own crypto coin. The petro coin I believe which is backed up by oil. It's possible that other countries will follow suit because they would most likely want to get on top on the crypto craze so they would want to create a cryptocurrency for their citizens to use instead of using cryptos that are created by other people.

Of course, with an official crypto created by a government support institution, it can be better to guarantee citizens investments not to leave the region and to improve their economy. Sooner or later many countries will start to see this as a good move and to following.

I think it's just a fact. In a few years, each country’s cryptocurrency will come out. Only a few countries are now promoting it, such as ETH. However, more government cryptocurrencies will be born in the future. But they certainly are not decentralized. This is not necessarily a bad thing?

I don't think central banks will start issueing crypto. it doesn't make sense. We don't need any more currencies. Corporate currencies are a different thing. States as a main political institutions are dying out. Huge international corporations are becoming more and more important. At some point one of them will issue a new crypto that will become an international money substitute.

Belarus is the first country that officially recognized cryptocurrency, for 3 years now exempt from taxes in this country all transactions on cryptocurrency, but since few people know about this country it is not particularly affected the cryptocurrency market.

As far as I know, which is also based from the news recently, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are starting to legalize in Russia wherein it will have its own regulation when it comes to crypto transaction. Japan is the country that allows bitcoin because you can buy your needs and wants using bitcoin. If this continues in every country the price of bitcoin will become stable because people will gain trust on it.

So far I only know that Venezuela has released official coins, but the coin has fallen from dozens of officially priced dollars to $1. This coin is meaningless. It is not a digital currency. It is not centralization.

Many countries has expressed interest in creating their own cryptocurrency but the only one with the political will to have done it is Venezuela. Though it was kicked against by the legislative arm of govt but the executive still went ahead to create it.
