Currently no collateral since its such a small loan. Besides my BTC balance is currently zero or else I would use that

Small loan or not... the chance of you getting funded without collateral is slim. What about alt coins?

Not only do you have negative trust, you're creating stocks for a company that is yet to exist, and you've already defaulted on a 1 BTC loan. You refuse to offer valid collateral. You're expecting another loan ... why, again?
