Powers on, passed memory self-diagnosis, accepts charge, screen works, but there appears to be a hard drive failure, loose wire, or something else. It hangs on the initial Apple logo completely locked, though I was able to get to the diagnostics screen and boot menu before after a LONG time toying with it and was subsequently unable to repeat that. Otherwise, minor wear, used plenty, loaded with Rockbox and whatever the Hell I was listening to two years ago. Could contain psychotic notes to myself, videos of Ron Paul boxing with Hitler, techno music, the full discography of Roots, and/or midget porn.

Making an offer on this product implies you understand the device is unable to fulfill its intended purpose, sold AS IS, and with no returns accepted. You are not bidding on the content within the device (that is to say - purchasing the iPod does not grant you ownership of the IP on it) as it's assumed the device's hard drive will be disposed of or wiped upon reaching the buyer's address.

The device will be packaged with a USB->iPod dongle, but no stand-alone charger. Shipping costs around .8BTC to ship in the US, probably around 3 BTC for worldwide shipping. All offers above 6 BTC considered. I'll sell immediately for an offer of 14 BTC -- otherwise will wait up to next week for offers.
