Hi All

I am the person who is scammed by Okpay from last month.
I have deposit 10,000 USD and then asked them to withdraw it.
In my OKPAY account it was succesfully deducted but the amount has not been arrived to my bank account more than a MONTH!!.

What OKPAY say was

"We already have sent the money to your account, I think bank transfer would have some problem, check your bank"

And I have checked with Bank of Okpay, but what they say was

"We didn't get any request of money transfer from OKPAY."

They scammed me and when I told them this story they were still pretending they sent it.
And after that they don't give me any answer more than 2 wks.

Now it has passed more than a month. nearly 2 month now.
If you hope to use OKPAY please keep in mind your money can be lost all.

I am preparing to sue them, If there are anyone like me please put the reply here.
We need to press them to get back the money!!

I`m sorry hear that dude. The best I can do would be bumping this thread, and increase exposure on OKpay on the fraud they committed to you.

Find out where they are located, and make a class action case. Which seems to be what your doing right now.. so your heading to the right path.

Best of luck.

Find out where they are located, and make a representative action against them.

Find out where they are located, and make a representative action against them.

Though BTC-e is one of the largest exchange in the world, we know very little about it.
It seems it is based in Bulgaria, but we don't know the details of the company nor the owners' identities.
