Your post history suggests you took a break for a couple of months between end of January and end of March 2018. In between, a modified system was set in motion requiring you to achieve Merit in addition to activity for most ranks.

Can someone explain to me why if I was a Jr member already I was degraded to Newbie? I have not found information about this and what is even worst I can't see pictures in my old posts anymore.

New users can now immediately start posting unless they are using suspicious IPs. Suspicious IPs are ones that have been banned previously, or are known proxies, or are near many banned/proxy IPs. If you register using a suspicious IP, you can use most forum features (watchlist, etc.), but you can't post or send PMs until you pay a small fee. In almost all cases, the fee is less than $1. People proxybanned in this way can also be whitelisted by the usual people who can do whitelisting. These IP bans apply only to registration: you can no longer get caught by random IP bans if you're using an established account.

The Newbies section is now an archived section. You can move posts from it, but nothing else can be posted there.

The patrol page acts kind of like a "virtual newbies section". It shows only posts by newbies, no matter where the posts are located. It also keeps track of which posts are new since the last time you've visited the patrol page. If you want to help out, please look for spam on the patrol page. There's an option in your settings to put a "Patrol" link near "Watchlist".

Additionally, membergroup limits are changed:

In order to become Jr. Member you need atleast 1 merit. Activity doesn't matters on ranking up merit is the key. Can you make useful posts/threads? If you can, you'll rank up silently like what theyoungmillionaire's did.

i,  was mistaken promoting a project (REGIXIUM) because it was detected as scam. But I do not understant it is a scam... and I continue promoting it.... so the user @merlboroza marked me with negative trust.
Now I am going to delete all my post about REGINIUX, but I'd like know what is the procediment to restore my account without negative trust.
Who can delete my negative trust?
There is not way to contact with the user who marked me with a negative trust because it dont accept message from newbies... so I have no idea about how restore a positive trust...
I am sorry if I was mistaked about this REGINIUX project promoting it... I am sorry... Sad
Please, let me know what I need to do and if is possible to retourn with a NO NEGATIVE TRUST.

Due to excessive garbage-posting, you now need 1 merit to be a Jr Member. All existing Jr Members who didn't meet the requirement were demoted. Also, newbies can no longer set any signature or personal text.

With this you can get advantage same like member rank so you can wear your signature again if you would join bounty, you can post image and another advantage.

If you can't contact @marlborza, try to make a thread so he/she can notice your plea about your case. Not just only a simple thread who seeks for sympathy but a thread that will prove you're really sorry about the situation. Well, this will not guarantee you to recover your account from negative trust, It's just a simple solution to your case and i hope it'll help.

If you're managing the "REGIXIUM" campaign and requesting to remove your red tag, It'll be unfair to others who received and accepted the red tag as consequence for continuing and promoting scam projects. (there are too many of them)

The system has been updated already. For being a Jr member, you need to have 1 merit.
